Kai, a native Angeleno, started painting the streets of Los Angeles at just 14. His bold style and sharp social commentary have earned him global recognition. Who is "IF"? Kai’s signature character — short for “Imaginary Friend” — appears in every work. “IF” has no colour, sex, race, or defining traits, breaking societal stereotypes and crossing cultural divides. Inspired by a desire to create a figure anyone can relate to, Kai uses “IF” to explore universal themes like love, money, time, happiness, success, and the environment.
